Former Invincible Eleven (IE) life-wire Josiah JB Seton is continuing his fine scoring spree for his Malaysian club side SARAB FC.

Reports monitored over the week by our Sports Desk have it that the explosive winger-midfield-cum-striker hit his 25th goal for SARAB FC. JB scored his 25th goal in Thailand in a tournament his team is currently participating in.

Speaking to our Sports Editor vie telephone yesterday, JB said he scored the first goal of his team's 2-0 victory over another team from Indonesia. He said the tournament that is currently going in Thailand has brought together teams from Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and among other Asian countries.

Commenting further, JB Seton, who is popularly known as "Africa's Dust" or
Sali Afrique" praised God for his continuous blessing and expressed optimism in becoming a world-class player in a very near future.

Since landing on the shores of Malaysia, JB Seton has carved a name for himself in the annals of Malaysian soccer. Presently he has been nick-named "George Weah" by Malaysian soccer fans due to his dribbling skills, shooting ability, speed and goal-scoring prowess.

"Scoring 25 goals for club during your first season is remarkable and sensational. I can only attribute my success thus far to the Almighty God who has always guided and protected me. I know I will make it because God is with me," JB Seton told this paper.

The speed star also attributed his fine form due to the maturity he gained in Liberia before going abroad. "If I had not gain the necessary maturity and exposure in Liberia, I would have found things difficult just as it happened to other Liberians who could not make it."

Meanwhile, JB Seton says he is eyeing the French league because he wants to play on a more competitive level. "I want to play in France or any other European country because there you find the world's best footballers. I belief that I can make impact in Europe because I have the talent and skills. And with God being my helper, I will move to Europe and make my mark there as well."

In a related development, JB has urged the Liberia Football Association (LFA) and the Lone Star technical staff to send them their faxes at least two weeks to the game against Niger, once they are selected.

"If the Coach Kadala Kromah selects me and Fallah Johnson for the Niger match, we want the LFA to send our faxes soon because it takes three to four days to fly from Asia to Liberia," he indicated.

On whether he is willing to come and play for the Lone Star, player Seton responded in the affirmative. He also expressed regret that the Lone Star lose its first match against Guinea, but however pointed out that Liberians should not be discouraged because the team is rebuilding. He then assured Liberians that once the proper programs are put into place, the Lone Star will qualify for the 2004 Nations Cup finals in Tunisia.

JB Seton is two times highest scorer and one time MVP in the LFA league. He led IE to its first ever LFA Championship, the Knockout and Super Cup titles in 1999, eleven years after George Weah did similar thing for IE in 1987.
