Liberian International players weekend review;
Seku, Dulee and Sam Johnson on the score sheet as Jebor Dioh and Tisdell suffer defeat

Ahead of this week FIFA 2018 world cup qualifiers , there were domestic league actions that happened over the weekend across the world but it might not the best for Liberians playing away as there were more defeat than win.
Sweden base Liberia international striker Sam Johnson of Allsvenskan (premier league) club Djurgardens got back to winning ways on Sunday night after an easy 3-0 win away at Kalmar. The Liberian machine man open up the scoring for Djurgardens in the 30th minutes before Mrabti and Karlstom added Djurgardens second and third goals in the 52nd and 90th minutes. The goal was Sam Johnson 8th league goals from 26 appearances. His tally has made him Djurgardens second leading goal scorer this season, four (4) goals behind Zimbabwe international striker Nyasha Myshetwi who has 12 goals to his name. Djurgardens three (3) points obtained against Kalmar keeps them in the 6th spot but with 44 points from 27 matches.
Still in the Swedish Allsvenskan, veteran striker Dioh Williams played all 90 minutes but failed to register his name one the score sheet as his club Gefle I.F suffered a 2-1 lost away at GIF Sundsvall. The defeat drops Gefle to 9th place on the league table with 32 points from 27 games.
It was also a a disappointing weekend for Spanish base Liberian striker William who Jebor played 78 minutes but couldn't help his Ponferradina from going down 1-0 t to Numencia. The defeat dropped Ponferradina to 10th on the segunda (Spain second tier) table with nine (9) points from seven (7) games.
Holland base Liberia striker Seku Conneh returned to the score sheet on Friday night as his club FC Oss got an easy 4-0 victory over visitors Fortuna Sittard. The goal was Seku second goal this season from eight (8) league appearances. The victory elevated struggling FC Oss to the 16th place on the league table with seven (7) points.
Controversial midfielder Dulee Johnson continues to enjoy his fine form in the Norway division 2 league with FK Moss as his fine goal scoring form continue on Sunday night after registering his name on the score sheet and helped Moss to an easy 8-1 win over Drammen. The goal was Dulee fourth goal from five appearances since joining the club in the summer. Though a comfortable three (3) point obtained but Moss remains second on the league table but with 51 points.
In Cyprus, right back Solomon Grimes continues to struggle for first team football as he managed to play just the last ten minutes to help his club earn just a point at home with visitors Paphos. Nea Salamis now sits 5th on the league table with 10 points from 6 games.
Still in Cyprus, box to box midfielder Theo Weeks Lewis suffered an early injury and was substituted just eight (8) minutes into the first half as his club Ermis got a hard fought 2-2 draw away at Ethnikos Achna. Ermis poor start to the new league season has seen them seated 12th with five (5) points on a 14 team log.
Anthony Laffor's Mamelodi Sundowns advanced to the quarter finals of the South African League Cup after a 2-0 win over Chippa United.
Elsewhere in Malaysia, Zah Krangar's Felda United suffered their first defeat of the 2015 Malaysia cup as they went down 2-1 away at T-Team. The defeat dropped them third in Group C with five (5) points.
