Weekend Review on Liberians away; Tonia Tisdell back from injury while Laffor, Sherman, Gimes, Jebor get win

Liberian international Tonia Tisdell of Turkey super Lig side Osmanlıspor made his first appearance of the 2015-2016 league season as his side got an easy 3-1 victory over Trabzonspor. Tisdell came from the bench to replace Turkish forward Kılıçaslan in the 83rd minute. The speedy forward was sidelined due to injury and now appears to recover to match fitness.
The victory takes Osmanlıspor to second in the Turkey Super Lig with 11 points from six (6) games.
The Aradippou Stadium was the center of attraction on Saturday night in Cyprus where football fans gathered to watch two of Liberia international battle each other.
Cyprus football league new comer Theo Weeks Lewis of Ermis welcomed Solomon Grimes high flying Nea Salamis in a match fans enjoyed the worth of their money after some entertaining display by both clubs. It was Liberia international right back Solomon Grimes who had all the smiles at the end of the full 90 minutes after his Nea Salamis got an emphatic 2-1 win over Theo Weeks' Ermis.
Despite taking an early lead, Ermis was unable to stand the pressure from Nea Salamis as they quick surrender. Weeks 90 minutes on the pitch couldn't help his beloved Ermis from going down in front home fans.
The victory takes Nea Salamis up to 5th on the table with nine (9) points while Ermis drops 10th with four (4) points.
Liberia international striker Kpah Sherman continues to enjoy his fine start in South Africa with his new club Mpumalanga Black Aces who were again victorious on Sunday night after an easy 4-1 win over Maritzburg United. Though Kpah failed to register his name on the score sheet but his 67 minutes presence on the pitch earned him his second assist in two games. The victory takes Aces to second on the table with 14 points,level with first place Platinum stars who tops with the goal differences .
Still in South Africa, Anthony Snothi Laffor came on from the bench in the 54th minute to help his Mamelodi Sundowns to a 2-0 victory away at his former employers Jomo Cosmos. A brace from South African Kaegan Dolly was enough to see Sundowns earn all three (3) points. Sundowns victory took them to sixth (6th) on the league table with ten (10) points.
In Spain, William Jebor continues to struggle for first team football as his club Ponferradina got an emphatic 1-0 win over visitors Atlectic Bilbao II in continuation of the Spanish segunda (second tier league). The Liberia international was introduced in the 69th minutes to replace Montenegro forward Luka Đorđević. With a victory, Ponferradina moves up to ninth on the league table with 9 points from five games.
Zah Krangar played full 90 minutes as his Felda United could only manage a 0-0 draw away at Selangor in continuation of the 2015 Malaysia cup. With just a point earned , Felda United remains on top of Group C with five(5) points from three (3) games.
Elsewhere in Sweden, veteran forward Dioh Williams was unable to register his name on the score sheet as his club Gefle I.F suffered a second successive defeat after going down 2-1 at home to league leaders Norrköping. The lost of three (3) points means Gefle drops to the eighth place on the table with 32 points.
