The “Go Blue Boys” have a 1-0 advantage going into today’s match against Stade Malien de Bamako; Head coach Copper Sannah took no chances as Mark Paye leads the line once again

Sannah has named a strong side to take on Stade Malien de Bamako in the second leg of the CAF champions league tie against their Malian counterparts, but there is still no place for right back Karleo Anderson and goalie Morris Tarr.

The defender and goalkeeper were omitted from the 18-squad due to injuries sustained in the first leg 1-0 victory at home; both missed out despite showing some improvement in training.

Sannah make only one change to the side who snatched all three points late on against the Malian in Monrovia. Abraham Koffa Dougbeh step into the first XI, replacing Junior Barshall; while Ketu Jerbo is out of the 18, replaced by Randy Dukuly.

The BYC coach has maintained a strong defensive minded look to his side, with Gideon Williams, Van-Dave Harmon, David Tweh, Kemoh Kamara, and Allenton Sembeh all starting.

The home side may make few changes from the side who lost 1-0 to BYC on Sunday, including the enforced absence of Yacouba Songne who was red carded during the first leg in Monrovia while Aboubacar Diarra who came on as a second half substitute in Liberia may start on Sunday.

BYC hold a 1-0 lead from the first leg in Monrovia, with the winners going on to the second preliminary round of the Champions League to play either Zimamoto of the Comoros Island or Ferroviario Beira of Mozambique in March.

BYC starting XL, Allenton Sembeh, Prince Kennedy, Hilton Varney, Kemoh Kamara, Prince Jetoh, Sylvanus Morris, Gideon Williams, Abraham Koffa Dougbeh, David Tweh, Van-Dave Harmon, Mark Paye
Subs: Mulbah Urey, Francis Jallabah, James Kpoto, Abdulai Bility, Junior Barshall, Sporo Somah, Randy Dukuly.
