Coach Jah to quit FC Fassell
FC Fassell, manager has put LISCR FC and Watanga FC on the alert as he will to leave the “Soccer Missionaries” at end of the FA Cup finale.
Mathew Julutweh, alias Coach Jah, will leave his position as head coach of FC Fassell at the end of the league season, he confirmed in an exclusive interview with FOCUS Sport, Saturday.
Having been linked with a move to LFA’s Top Flight league contender Watanga FC a likely destination given in past reports.
However, LISCR’s struggles this season has seen Coach Jah installed as the favorite to be the next manager, should the axe fall on current incumbent Cooper Shannon.
“Quitting FC Fassell job is nothing, because of my qualification, I can still get another one,” he told FOCUS Sports.
“Look, I think it is now time, coaches in Liberia be given that much needed support according to the level of coaching experience he has,” he added.
The decision made by the Liberia Coach has put to record his second time to voice out leaving FC Fassell, if the management cannot live up to expectations.
Amidst news that the club Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Cassell Kouh disclosed that a top rated European coach will take over his club as head coach for the 2015 Liberia Football Association (LFA) league season, Julutweh said he won’t work under any coach as deputy.
At that time the FC Fassell head coach said he was prepared to leave FC Fassell should the club sign a new coach and ask him to work as deputy.
The country’s best young coach who has been coach for the Gold and Black outfit since its establishment from third division had won many trophies.
