The Mountaineers have confirmed former Indomitable Lion deputy coach Emmanuel Ndoumbe Bosso, will become their new head coach following the completion of formal modalities.

The Cameroon coach is already in the country.

Emmanuel Ndoumbe Bosso will be replacing Kollie Korvy who guided the Nimba County fans based club to it first ever championship crown last season, as head.

Nimba United’s President and Chief Executive Officer Saye-Taayor Adolphus Dolo said the arrival of the former Cameroonians national team coach is meant to beef up the technical department of the reigning champion of Liberian football.

According to Mr. Dolo, Ndoumbe Bosso and Enone Essome Gilles, who is also a Cameroonian technician will work with the Mountaineers current coaching staff to build-up the players’ capacity and enhance the club overall performance.

Nimba United boss further averred that the two technicians will also share their expertise with other Liberian coaches while in the country. He made the statement when he appeared on Farbric 101 FM sports program, the ‘Weekend Sports’.

Nimba United new head coach said he’s delighted to be in Liberia and extended his appreciation to the Mountaineers family for providing him the opportunity.

Emmanuel Ndoumbe Bosso who previously coached at Union Sportive de Douala, Avenir FC douala and Sable de Batie returned to Cameroon from Equatorial Guinea in 2015, to lead Panther of Nde in its African campaign.

After Panther early elimination in 2013 in 16th final of the CAF Cup by USMA of Algiers, the club hired the services of the former Indomitable Lion Deputy Coach to raise the belt to at least reach the quarterfinals of the continent second prestigious clubs’ competition.

Emmanuel Ndoumbe Bosso holds a Caf ‘A’ Coaching Certificate and Uefa License ‘B’ from Hennef, Germany.

His compatriot Enone Essome Gilles is a Caf License “B” and B1 License holder.
