Wulue: Nimba United Composure needs to be kept
By Augustus Audekina-Doe
FC Fassell midfielder Eddie Wulue told a FOCUS Sport interview that he’s of the strong conviction that Nimba United can overturn the 3-1 deficit in Douala.
Wulue, who has had 7 international exposures, believes that the Mountaineers are still a force to reckon with in the CAF Tournament and is capable of pulling a surprise in Cameroon; provided they can put up the same second half performance against the Cameroonians in the reverse fixture.
According to Wulue, the Mountaineers started the match brilliantly but the early goal scored in the 6th minute overturned their form.
The 19-year old midfielder insinuated that United’s technical staff failure to identify the visitor weakness led to their struggle in the first half.
As per the poor goal keeping, Wulue advised that the Emmanuel Deanneh return between the poles while at the same time causing the entire team to keep their composure no matter the force from the opposing team.
The Liberia international also advice that wings player, Franklin Mulbah who was introduced from the bench in the first half on Sunday be named in the starting lineup.
Wulue played against Iraq, Angola, Lesotho, Niger and Togo with the national team and also featured in a-back-to-back Caf Confederation Cup tie with his FC Fassell against Horaya of Guinea in Bamako, Mali.
