Zotiah lands in Belgium
Written by Horatio Bobby Willie

Black Star FC midfielder James Zotiah has surfaced in Belgium.

Zotiah surfaced in Belgium at the invitation of FC Club Brugge.

A Liberian based in Madrid, Spain who is in contact with the player said Zotiah is currently undergoing justification with the club.

Mr. Robert De-Boer denied reports that the Liberian international escaped from Germany and was in hiding.

The head coach of the national tem who engineered Zotiah’s move to Germany announced last week that the player escaped with out the knowledge of VFL Bochum.

Coach Antoine Hey informed the nation that the player was almost at the verge of securing a deal with the German club before his abrupt departure.

But Mr.De-Boer speaking from Spain denied the coach claims and disclosed Zotiah was given a ticket to return to Liberia on November 26.

Mr.De-Boer said it was after the receipt of the ticket that contacts were made to fly the player to Belgium.

According to him, attempts to explain the action to Coach Hey has proven unsuccessful as the coach is not willing to listen to Zotiah.

He clarified that James Zotiah is not in Europe illegally as is being perceived in Liberia.

Mr.De-Boer stated the player has a visa that expires at the end of the year and disclosed that several other offers are up for the left-football all rounder
.
