Young Liberian Named "The Tiger" In Syria

The Syrian press has labeled the name "The Tiger" on Al- Taliya Liberian hit-man William "Inzaghi" Jebor due to his strong runs, power and clinical finishing. After netting a goal each against bottom club Efrin and middle of the table Umayya in his side 2-1 and 3-2 wins during the week, the nimble footed striker was named the tiger as he outpaced and over powered four defenders of Efrin before rattling the net in the 73rd minute to move his side to 7th spot on the log. According to the club's website, already three defenders have received red card in three separate league matches due to their illegal attempt to stop the danger man.

he has also won the hearts of the fans as he is mobbed wherever he goes signing so many autographs.

Due to the youngster's exploit, agents from that part of the world are planning trips to Liberia mid 2010 as they aim to scout young talents who they believe can do wonders like the ex-Oilers path finder Jebor.
