The chairman of the Friends of Friends Haitai (FOFHA) Mr. William N. Tokpa empowered the 2004 West-Clara Football Association (WCFA) league on Sunday at the West Point Sports pitch with meaningful contributions.

When responding to an invitation to declare the league open in West Point, Mr. Tokpa pledged two sets of jerseys, one for the prospective winner of the third division league and another for the team to be crowned champion of the fourth division.

The FOFHA chairman praticalized his promise when he decided to deposited US$100.00 against the two sets of jerseys.

At the same time, Mr. Tokpa donated a total of L$1,500.00 as refreshment to the four teams that began the league.

Before taking the kickoff, Mr. Tokpa told the players to put discipline first.

To the West-Clara, Mr. Tokpa said, "we have ourselves open to solve some of your problems. Call on us and we will be there to do whatever little we can do."
