Liberian international midfielder Ben Teekloh has announced plans to quit his Romanian club Farul Constanta.

Teekloh told Star Sports he has already communicated his decision with officials of the club.

The Liberian midfielder who is on vacation in the country managed to score a single goal last season.

Farul Constanta was relegated at the end of the Romania Diviza A season after an unimpressive season

Teekloh said he can not continue playing for the club especially at the second division level.

The midfielder said although he has a year left on his contract with the club, he would encourage the directors to let him go.

He disclosed he was eying possible moves to either Italy or England but failed to disclose whether any concrete arrangement have been made for the transfer.

Teekloh blamed the placement of players during the season as one of the reasons or their poor season.

He assured that if the club directors do not accept his request to quit he will play out his contract.
