A high power Liberian delegation on Sunday left the Country for Cameroon where the national team, the Lone Star will engage the Indomitable Lions this weekend.
The delegation, which is headed by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Cllr Jamesetta Howard Wolokollie comprises 16 members that includes six local players, members of the technical staff and representatives from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
According to information gathered, the delegation left the Roberts International Airport at about 2:00 p.m. and was expected to spend the night in Lagos Nigeria from where they shall fly to Cameroon.
Members of the delegation include Cllr. Jamesetta Howard Wolokollie, Minister of Youth and Sports and head of delegation, Mr. Garmondeh Kangar, President of Barrolle and representative of the LFA Executive Committee, Mr. Benedict Wleh, Team Manager, Frank Jericho Nagbe, Head Coach, Mr. David Nimley, Deputy Coach, Jefferson Zoegbo, Doctor and Abraham Kaba.
Players on the delegation are Solomon Grimes, Solomon Wesseh, Frank Jericho Nagbe, Jr. George Beyan, Saydee Sweh and Jackson Wleh Doyen.
Twelve Liberian professional players from Europe and elsewhere are expected to join the delegation in Cameroon this week. However, reports say Jimmy Dixon has been replaced by Fallah Johnson due to injury.
Liberia is due to engage Cameroon in the qualifying round of the Nations' Cup this weekend in Yaounde.

I hope this is a misprint regarding Jimmy Dixon injury. Because we can not afford to play Cameroon with two starting defenders out. Maybe the writer in the above article meant to say Chris Bandi was replaced by Fallah Johnson. Lets hope so.

Jimmy Dixon is truly injured and Fallah Johnson turned down the invitation because it came too late for him to leave Indonesia.
Guys, we are screwed now.....our 2 key defenders are out. God help us.
