Ghana beat Liberia 4-3 in the African Amputee Nations Cup finals on Wednesday in Sierra Leone to lift the Cup.

Liberia could have emerged champions but Boye Khakie and Denis Parker missed penalties.

Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone will represent Africa at the Amputee World Cup in Turkey later this year.

Liberia will host the next Amputee Nations Cup in 2009.
