Dulee to lead Liberia against Cameroon

Midifeld star Dulee Johnson will lead Liberia against one of Africa's powerful footballing nations, Cameroon in next month's crucial African Nations Cup qualifier.

Liberia must win this match, slated for the Cameroonian capital Yaounde, to keep alive its hopes of making it to the finals in Ghana in 2008.

Dulee's mastery and effiiciency in the middle will be a trump card for Liberia.

Liberians are counting on his magical touch and superior game sense to outclass the Cameroonians, who are leading the group after two rounds.

Liberian Coach Jericho Nagbe and the AIK midfield supremo have, of late, had series of conversations which was fired up the star to represent his country.

Says Dulee: "this match is very important for us and I am prepared to do whatever it takes to win. We need to qualify and play in the Cup of Nations."

Dulee spoke of the confidence he has in the ability of players of the Liberia national team and hoped that all will play their part to bring victory and pride to the country.

This is great news, indeed!

But I hope we will have other quality foreign-based players in our team against Cameroon. We need Francis Doe, Jimmy Dixon, Dioh Williams, Willis Forko, Chris Gbandi, George Gebro, Makor, Sebwe, Ben Teekloh, Anthony Laffor and others.

Only with these sort of players we can pull out a good result.

Hey, Weah Fan, you name some top quality players, I hope they all are invited along with Lewis Clayton, Prine Daye, Murphy Nugbah (misspelled) and Anthony Loffor.

With those players, Cameroon will have there hands full. Unfortunately, our FA will say they don't not have money. I hope the FA makes me shame and provide the funds and not look up to the Government.

Having the Players that are committed to winning is not the only thing we should be concern about here, we are yet to play a friendly, yet to be encamped, yet to have a sufficient budget that would encompass everything else, and then we are all focusing on the big name players, we do have the talents and potential to pull an upset of cameroon, however, let us not allow talents, and potential to be a substitute for adequate preparation, the F.A needs to put its house in order, and get to work, for too long we have been recieving acolades for " Did Well" now is the time to do better, we are getting frustrated every day with the "No Money Syndrome"....
