The Nigerian and many other countries are begining preparations now for the U-17 games scheduled to begin the weekend of July (14,15,16), 2006. What is Liberia doing, nothing!! Why should'nt we get bad results in all competition we take part in. This is the time to start preparation by getting a group of U-17 boys to start jutifying their inclusion, so by May we can have a selected group of 25-30 players to start training for Senegal in the first leg. If we start preparing now we will get good results later. The players on the team will know each other very well by having good coordination among them selves which will make them a family and a hard nut to crack. Remember, we have a good youth coach to work with the boys. But Noooooooo we will wait until two weeks before the scheduled date before we collect few young boys to make the team or the LFA will withdraw from the compitetion saying "NO MONEY", what a shame.
The fact is that we should start now by7 calling up a number of U-17 players from all over the country not only from Monrovia, but from all over the country. We have some hitting telent outside of Monrovia. We need to wake-up and ship-up.
