Rochester Raging Rhinos General Manager Chris Economides announced
today the signings of Johnny Menyongar and Chad Severs to player
contracts.
Menyongar joins the Rhinos after a productive season with the
Minnesota Thunder of the USL First Division. He finished the season
tied for seventh in the USL First Division in points (21), ninth in
goals (eight) and fifth in assists (five).
Named to the Second Team All-League in 2000, 2002 and
2005, Menyongar currently leads all USL First Division players in
career U.S. Open Cup goals with eight. The 5’5”, 140-pound forward
also serves as captain for the Liberian National Team.
