Rennie scores two in Sweden

Written by Horatio Bobby Willie

Liberia’s Amadiya Rennie was in scoring form for his club IF Elfsborg in Sweden’s Allsvenskan U-21 competition.

Rennie scored two times as Elfsborg demolished Trollhattan 9 goals to 0 on Tuesday at the team’s Boras Arena.

According to the club website, the Liberian international goals came in the first half of the match.

Rennie's teammates Victor skod and Nino Shield Osmagaic all scored twice in the goal fest encounter.

The victory puts Elfsborg at the top of the league table with 21 points from 9 matches.

Amadiya Rennie has been a household name for the club since joining from local side Mighty Barrolle early this year.

There are indications that he would be graduated to the first team at the beginning of the next Swedish football season.
