Liberia Football Association (LFA) premier league leader, LPRC Oilers gave Barrack Young Controller (BYC) and Mighty Barrolle big boost to getting on top of the LFA premiership table when the gold and black outfit drew 2-2 against Watanga FC at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium (ATS) on Saturday, September 19, 2009.

Poka Roberts opened the score line in the fist half for watanga, but Johnny Bladee cancelled the lead in the early stages of the second half after coming on as an early minute substitute.

Watanga’s Leon Power put his side ahead with a terrific goal, but Oilers’ Alex Whittmore found the equalizer in the closing moments from a poor goal keeping from George Pratt.

The draw saw Oilers move to 62 points from 31 matches and still on top of the table, but wins form Mighty Barrolle on Sunday and Tuesday respectively will see the Rollers on top of the LFA premiership, while on a win for BYC on Sunday also boosts her chance of clinching the title.
