Oilers Back On Top!

It seems the Liberia Football Association (LFA) premiership is gradually becoming a three horse race with LPRC Oliers, Barrack Young Controller (BYC) and Mighty Barrolle being the front runners.

Last week, it was Oilers that took pole position before Mighty Barrolle and later BYC toppled the gold and white outfit in the early parts of this week.

Now, the Gabriel Johns’ guided side has taken top spot with 20 points after a 2-1 victory over rejuvenated Monrovia Club Breweries at the UNT pitch in Margibi County.

Thanks to goals from danger lad William Jerbo and gloves man saylee Swen who rattle the net.

Joe Nagbe’s FC AK also pinned bottom of the table Devereux FC 1-0 to move 8th on the 18 teams’ table.

The league continues today with more matches in more than two venues.
