Flashback: Nimely races for goal in the Dallas Youth Cup
17 year old attacking ace Alex Nimely has been ruled out for the
rest of the season due to injury. According to reports from the
player's club Manchester City Youth, the youngster damaged his
ligament in the FA youth cup semi final against Arsenal at the
Emirates stadium in which his side lost 4-1.
The player, the report further revealed was stretched out of the
park just after 13 minutes due to the unfortunate situation. Nimely
whose pace and descent finishing ability has made him a class act
for City youths, where he has since netted in more than 23 goals
this season, continued his rich vein of form recently in the Dallas
Cup in the United States where his side lost in the semi finals.
Since joining Manchester City from Camerounian side Coton Sport
Garoua, the adventurous forward has established himself as a
customer in front of goal with defenders and goalkeepers deeply
worried.
