Liberia’s Black Star soccer squad to play Nigerian side away Today

Liberia's Triple Champs Black Star
APA-Monrovia (Liberia)- A 20-member delegation of Liberia’s champion
club Black Star leaves the country Friday for Nigeria to play the
Nigerian first division champions Heartland FC, sources said here.
The game to be played Saturday in Warri, Nigria, is a first leg
preliminary round of the MTN CAF Champions League.
Black Star, Liberia’s 2008 triple champions, is expected to host
Heartland FC in the return leg in Monrovia in two weeks time.
Black Star vice President, Journalist Horatio Bobby Willie, told
reporters in Monrovia that he was confident that his team will
defeat their Nigerian rivals away 4-1.
