National League Resumes AT ATS

               LFA Reigning Champs The mighty Barrolle

The 2005 National Football League has resumed with two matches scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 22, at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium (ATS) on Lynch Street.

In game one, Barracks Young Controllers (BYC) will face United Soccer Ambassadors (USA-Olympic) in the second division. The match that will follow will involve Gedi and Shoes FC against Mighty Blue Angels of Harbel City in division one.

Then on Thursday, there will also be two matches as far as the fixtures are concerned. Newly promoted division two outfit Paynesville Young Controllers (PYC) will go against Sounjata Warriors of Logan Town, Bushrod Island as the Karn United Sports Association (Powerful KUSA) will hoping to climb the ladder at the expense of Roza in the first division.

The league will continue during the weekend at same venue after resting last weekend to make way for the Liberia national team that took on Togo in the 2006 Nations and World Cup qualifiers.
