More Clubs
Declare Support For Bility

After eleven clubs declared their support for LFA
presidential aspirant Musa Hassan Bility for the forthcoming
elections, ten clubs have followed suit as they too have declared
their support for the business tycoon who is said to be keen to
resurrect the country's football. The ten clubs represented by either
their presidents or other officials said having evaluated the three
candidates (Incumbent Izetta Wesley, ex-Chief Scribe George Williams
and business guru Musa Bility) they were convinced that Mr. Bility has
the administrative prowess of transforming the country's football.
The ten clubs that were involved with the
declaration include: Premier clubs LPRC Oilers and Jasmine Rangers,
First Division sides LTC Satellite, Young Pro., Young Survivors
and Mighty Electrons, while Second Division clubs Small Town, Fatu
FC, kolah Kah and International Black Star complete the number.
The ten club executives further narrated "we have noticed over the
years that there was no benefit as we strived to support our
respective clubs from our pockets. The FA has failed us and we need a
change". One major surprise at the declaration was the decision of
Young Survivors to join the clubs as the Clara Town based outfit which
promoted the legendary George Weah was responsible to a large
extent in catapulting madam Wesley to the LFA as she served as an
executive of the club. Regarded as a strong hold for the LFA boss, it
seems things are going haywire in the camp of the so called "iron
lady" as the March 20 date for elections draw nearer.
In a related development, a member of the Bility
for LFA president campaign team noted that there are more clubs in the
fold that would be declaring their support for the ex-Watanga head.
