Mighty Barrolle has finally secured the Liberia Football Association 2006 premiership title

Barrolle did so after Black Star FC in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County held them to a 1-1 draw. The draw gave The Rollers 31 points six ahead of 2nd place LISCR FC who has 26 points with one game to go. Black Star is third on the table with 23 points.

Meanwhile, LISCR FC has suffered a shock defeat in their quest for a continental slot. LISCR went down to Monrovia Breweries in a tactical encounter at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium on Saturday. Monrovia

Breweries won the game 1-0. LISCR FC wasted a number of God-sent opportunities before going down to Breweries.

Earlier at the ATS, Haja FC continued their late revival with a 1-0 win over New Georgia Pirates in a second division match. The other 2nd division action saw struggling LTC Satellites dragging Diamond FC 3goals to zero. On Sunday, Small Town FC whipped Exodus FC 3-O while in female soccer Tito United buried Antares 3-0.
