It's all done now. The national county sports meets of Liberia has finally come to an end.

Margibi County walked away with the kickball and football trophies, while Nimba County walked away with the Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball trophies. Grand Bassa won third place kickball trophy while Bong County won third place football trophy.

Margibi County has for the first time won the National County Sport Meet Football Championship. Margibi lost in the finals last year to Nimba County.

Nimba County failed to score after Margibi landed in two goals. One goal in each half was enough to seal the Championship for Margibi County.


 

Coach Arab Fofana has finally handed Margibi County their first championship, he led the country to the final last season. He was the same coach that led Bong County to their first post war County Meet football title.
