Nineteen chapters from the Montserrado Branch of Invincible Eleven Majestic Sports Association are calling on Willard Russell's Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Madison Tokpa as acting president to lead the club to democratic elections.

   According to the petition document, a copy of which was displayed to this paper, owing to the leadership condition in IE, the heads of the various branches and officials of the Montserrado Chapter have found it necessary to present the name of Mr.  Tokpah as an acting president of IE the lead the Association to elections.

   “We therefore submit the name of Mr. Tokpah to the board for his appointment as acting president of IE,” the release, which was signed by 19 chapters stated, stated.

   Some of the 19 chapters of the premier outfit, IE, who signed the petition are West Point, New Kru Town, Vai Town, Caldwell, Congo Town, Duala and St. Paul Bridge.
