The Grievance and Ethics Committee of the 2009/2010 National County meet have awarded the football team of Nimba County winners of the protest they filed against rivals Grand Gedeh County.

In their protest Nimba County claimed that Grand Gedeh illegally fielded player Dedee Mcclin of premiership club Mighty Blue Angels.

The committee in its judgment believed Grand Gedeh County violated article 10 section 8 of the rules of the competition.

According to our reporter the committee also awarded Lofa County winners of the protest they filed against Rivercess for feeding player Bill Zoegar of first division outfit Zelor FC.

Our reporter says Rivercess were also found guilty for violating article 10 section 8 of the rules and regulation of the competition.

The Grievance Committee of the 2009/ 2010 National County sports meet also handed down ruling in the Bomi versus Margibi Counties case.

The committee awarded Bomi winners of the protest and asked them to pay a fine of US 375 Dollars for disruption of their kickball pairing which took place on the match day one of the competition.
