Written by Horatio Bobby Willie

Liberia has improved her standing on the FIFA’s Coca Cola monthly ranking table.

The country have moved two steps further in the latest world ranking for the month of June and one step further in the African ranking.

The Lone Star have been ranked as 136 in the world and 39th in Africa.

They were in May ranked as 138 in the world and 40 in Africa.

Liberia’s gradual ascendancy in the monthly ranking comes at the time the country is engage in no international competition either at country or club level.

Local football analysts want football authorities to see the ranking as a motivation to get the various national teams involved in friendly competitions or matches.

The FIFA Coca Cola monthly data assesses the progresses and failures of its member’s countries.
