Landi Still In Charge Of Lone Star

Liberia’s Italian hired coach Roberto Landi is still in
charged of the national team after Musa Bility provided
clarity regarding recent media reports that Landi has been
fired
.
Landi is Liberia's Sr. National Football team head Coach and
he is due in the country to join the national team camping
program that is expected to run for the next six months.
The Lone Stars will begin camping the start this week
according to the LFA chief Musa Bility.

Bility said, the players will be selected from their various
clubs and put into camp ahead of the 2013 Nations Cup
qualifiers and the 2014 World Cup qualification as well.
According to the LFA plan, the camping of the national team
will cost half a Million Dollars, but many are wondering if
the Liberia Football Association will be in the position to
handle such a coast.
The Italian signed a three years contract with the national
team back in July, but the FA is yet to inform Liberian
regarding the clauses of the contract.
