Laffor’s Slot Threatened

The technical staff of the national soccer team, Lone Star
is reported to be encountering some problems with Captain
Anthony Laffor’s persistent inability to produce goals
whenever the opportunities existed.
Head coach Roberto Landi and his deputies raised their eye
brows following the Liberia-Zimbabwe match in Harare in
which Captain Laffor failed to score the only open chance
the Lone Star had to revive its hope in the game.
Despite his role on the team, Coach Landi and his deputies
sounded as being discouraged and having a second thought
about Laffor’s slot on the squad.
A National Team insider hinted this paper on the insults
rained at Captain Laffor by FA President Musa Bility. “When
you are going to score for Liberia, ma man?” Bility asked.
