opens account in South African league

Liberia’s Anthony Laffor has opened his account in the Premier
Soccer League of South Africa with a goal.
Anthony Laffor scored for Jomo Cosmos in their 1-1 draw with Kaizer
Chiefs in a league match on Saturday.
Laffor put Cosmos ahead in the 38th minute of the match from a
penalty kick but Kaizer Chiefs drew level few minutes later.
The Liberian striker is the only scorer for Jomo Cosmos after only
two league games.
The club drew 0-0 in its first league match.
Jomo Cosmos has two pints from the two games.
Elsewhere, Francis Grandpa Doe has made his debut in the United
States Major League Soccer.
Grandpa Doe came on as a 70th minute substitute for the New York Red
Bulls.
The Red Bulls went down to the New England Revolution 2-1.
Francis Doe made a little impact in his 20 minutes debut appearance.
