Liberia’s Anthony Laffor on Saturday scored his seventh goal of the
season in South Africa’s Asba Premiership League.
Laffor opened the scoring as Supersport United went on to demolish
Mpumalanga Black Aces 3-0 at the Loftus Stadium.
The Liberian international striker got his goal in the 39th minute of
the match in an interesting fashion.
According to Supersport United website, Aces goalkeeper Oscar
Ramogoadi punched Daine Klate's long range free-kick on the path of
the alert Laffor, who somehow found himself unmarked in the box, to
hammer home his seventh goal of the season.
The victory has extended the defending champions lead at the top of
the table by six points.
Supersport has managed to secure 47 points from 23 games played so far
this season.
