LTFF Stages National Time Trial

The Liberia Track and Field Federation (LTFF) has organized the National
Time Trial for 2004.
The chairman of the organizing committee, Murvee Gray said the
National Time Trial would be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at
the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex in Paynesville city.
According to Mr. Gray, also the Vice President for Technical Affairs
of the Track and Field
Federation, the National Time Trial will begin at 8:00 AM following a
medical checkup (BP) that would start at 7:30 AM.
The LTFF Vice President said the National Time Trial would be the
first to be hosted by the local track and field governing body for the
current year.
"Winners will be selected and trained to participate in future
competitions both at home and abroad," revealed Mr. Gray.
For the pending National Time Trial, Gray said a number of athletic
clubs including Success 2000, Fast Spike, Liberty, Fast Track and
Picasso would be represented by their respective athletes.
He said the various schools in the country and their students have
also been invited to participate in the National Time Trial. |
