LPRC management is said to have given the green
light for the duel on Sunday, February19.
In a telephone conservation with Coach Kadallah
Kromah, he said the team is highly spirited from the technical
point, and is hoping to pull victory on Sunday.
He however noted that it is his wish that the
administration adhere to all that is required for the team to be
successful on Sunday. The former Lone Star Technical Manager then
heaped praises on the players for showing commitment during
training. Meanwhile, the technical squad has named a provisional
23-man squad for Sunday’s crunch duel.

Reports gathered say the team is said to be
unhappy with regards to their camping site, and are yearning for
relocation. The Oilers are expected to camp at their usual
dressing house in Gardnersville. The area is said to be less
favorable in terms of convenience for concentration, as it is
located behind a famous rendezvous night club.
Since the area is not fenced, there are fears
that there could be lot of distraction which could be unhealthy
judging from the hype associated with this West African clash.
Sunday match officials are from the Benin
Republic, while the match commissioner is from Guinea.
Female U-19 Match Gets New Date
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has
set a new date for matches in the African Female U-19 first round
qualifiers.
According to LFA chief scribe Yanqueh Borsay,
the Liberia U-19 will now lock horns with their Malian
counterparts on Sunday, March 5, at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium
(STA).
The match, which was originally slated for
February 11, was postponed by CAF as it fell on the same weekend
of the Final of the African Cup of Nations between the hosts the
Pharaohs of Egypt and the Elephants of the Ivory Coast.
