LFA SG Resigns

Credible reports from the Liberia Football Association (LFA) have indicated that it Secretary General Mr. George Wah Williams has resigned.

Though much is not know about what led to the local football house SG resignation, but sources closed to Mr. Williams hinted www.liberiansoccer.com that the SG may have resigned due to the lack of understanding between his office and the lackadaisical LFA president and some Executive Committee (EC) members as well as other salient reasons.

It can be recollected Mr. Williams and EC member Garmondeh Karnga who is also president of LFA premier outfit Mighty Barrolle were involved in a war of words at the headquarter of the LFA which almost led to a fast fight.

When contacted, Mr. Williams confirmed his resignation to ww.liberiansoccer.com but said he would give details about his resignation in the soonest possible time.
