LFA Nominates 30 Persons for Top Posts

In a bid to see qualified individuals take charge of the various
national teams ranging from U-23, U-20 male and female to U-17 male
and female, the Liberia Football Association (LFA) has submitted 30
names to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Ministry's
approval.
The local football house, through its Technical Department, last
month announced that the FA would seek applications from qualified
individuals to take over the various national teams.
The LFA Technical Committee headed Peegee Wright and co-chaired by
Joseph Willis, along with Committee Members, have successfully
completed the task following days of screening.
Though the Committee failed to brief the public as to how many
persons applied for the various positions as well as how the process
was carried out, but reports gathered say over 75 persons applied
for the various positions.
Now the 30 names have been submitted to the MYS. The Analyst was
able get hold of a copy to bring you the full list as to who was
able to sail through during the weeklong process.
For the U-23 male National team, Frank Jericho Nagbe (Head Coach),
David Nimely (Deputy Head Coach), Benedict Wreh (Administrative
Manager), Philderald Pratt (Doctor), Christopher Doh (Trainer) and
Kasumu Sillah (Goalkeeper Trainer).
U-20 male National team: Francis Tamba (Head Coach), F. Sarmujeabo
Sarploh (Deputy Head Coach), Administrative Manage to be announced
later, Philderald Pratt (Doctor), Gabriel Jones (Trainer)) and
Sampson Garblah (Goalkeeper Trainer).
U-17 male National team: Raymond Morton (Head Coach), Gray Haizel
(Deputy Head Coach), Eric Panton (Administrative Manager),
Philderald Pratt (Doctor), Janjay Jacob (Trainer), and Lewis
Williams (Goalkeeper Trainer).
U-20 female National team: Lucretius Togba (Head Coach), Lawrence
Hne (Deputy Head Coach), Kerlie Miller (Administrative Manager),
Philderald Pratt (Doctor), Stephen Sonpon (Trainer) and George
Painsil (Goalkeeper Trainer).
U-17 female National team: Jenkins Doe (Head Coach), Weah Wesseh
(Deputy Head Coach), Geraldine Doe-Sheriff (Administrative Manager),
Philderald Pratt (Doctor), Borbor Dee (Trainer) and D. Emmanuel
George (Goalkeeper Trainer).
With the submission of the 30 names to the Ministry of Youth and
Sports (MYS) all eyes are now on the Ministry for their approval.
Deputy Sports Minister Mambu Rachael recently told scores of
reporters that names submitted by the local football house were
satisfactory, but added that the Ministry needed to do its own
screening
