LFA Denies Promotion Plans

The Vice President for Administration of the Liberia Football Association says the group has made no official decision on the promotion of three teams to the premier league.

Mr.Pennoh Bestman told Star Radio the LFA only received a recommendation from its Competition Committee.

Mr.Bestman said the association was still studying the recommendations in order to come out with a suitable decision.

The LFA Vice President for Administration denied that the recommendation to promote three teams to the premier league was intended to favor Invincible Eleven.

He said the proposal by the competition committee would favor all the teams in the league.

Mr.Bestman said if the recommendations are accepted there would be no relegation while a certain number of teams would be promoted based on their divisions.
