 by Horatio Bobby Willie
Wednesday, 16 August 2006

First Division club Karn United says it will not play its league match on Thursday until an adjustment is made in the league fixture.

The President of the Club Samuel Karn told Star Radio the LFA league fixture gives a lot of room for match fixing.

Mr.Karn claimed some teams have only a single match left while others are left with more than four games.

Karn United has played 13 games in the league and would play its last league game on Thursday.

Another contender for promotion to the premiership Gedi&Sons have only played 11 games.

Invincible Eleven and Mighty Barrolle who are leading the pack have played 12 games each.

Samuel Karn revealed that he has formally informed the Football Association about his club’s intention.

He wants all the teams in the league to play their last game on the same day.
