International sports coordinator resigns

International Sports Coordinator Steve Davis has resigned his post at the Liberia Football Association.

Mr. Davis was a member of the Media, Marketing and Sponsorship committee of the LFA.

Mr. Davis said he was resigning due to his new portfolio as a FIFA Player Agent.

He made his intention known in a letter to the football association president Cllr.Izetta Wesley.

Mr. Davis also informed the LFA Boss that his decision was based his current business activities.

However, there are reports that the current row at the LFA also prompted his resignation.

When Liberiansoccer.com contacted Steve Davis he confirmed his resignation but could not state whether the crisis at the LFA was one of the reasons.
