But Barrolle Draws

There were varying results for the two top sides
in Liberian football in the weekend league matches played over the
weekend at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium (ATS).
On Saturday, Invincible Eleven (IE) relied on a
second half penalty to overcome LISCR FC 1-0. The victory gives IE
four points in three matches following one defeat and a draw in the
two previous matches.
As for Mighty Barrolle, the reigning premier
league champions forced Monrovia Club Breweries to a 2-2 draw on
Sunday after two previous defeats. The result produced the first
single point for the Rollers.
Meanwhile, trouble continues for reigning female
champions Earth Angels after they lost 3-0 to bitter rivals Tito
United on Sunday.
Kortie Invincible Eleven (IE) collected a 2-0
victory at the expense of Professional Anchors Sisters on Saturday. |
