I.E., BYC in Do Or Die Battle Today
August 25, 2006
What many footballers see as a big match will be decided today between
Invincible Eleven, (I.E) and BYC at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium, (ATS).
The match, which is crucial for the two sides is a must win encounter.
I.E is second on the league table with 18 points and needs this match
to sail through to the Premiership division while BYC on the other
hand, risks relegation if she failed to pull victory today as she sits
at the bottom of the table with 14 points.
Already, serious public sentiment as to who will sail through in
today's match has begun to mount in what is being considered a do or
die battle.
Earlier in the first match today, Paynesville Young Controllers will
meet second division second placer, Exodus. In other matches, Haja F.C
will engage Devereux F.C in New Kru Town while in female soccer,
Queens and Senior Pros will close the day's actions.
Fulani and ROZA will meet in one game at the Bong Mines sports pitch
in Long Town while Kabeh will sort things out with Blanco F.C in the
last match.
