German Coach Antoine Hey has constituted his technical staff.
Coach Hey has named his fellow German Kemel Halat as his deputy while
long time Administrative Manager Wortor Anderson has returned to the
post.
Coach Hey said Kemel Halat would meet the players for the first time
in Sudan
Hey said his Assistant has a UEFA Pro license and was qualified for
the post
Antoine Hey also announced the appointment of former Oilers goalkeeper
Kasumu Sillah as goalkeeper coach
Hey said he has held a number of conversations with Sillah and the
former Oilers keeper was ready for the post
