Liberian international Solomon Grimes has made a sensational loan
return to his former club Ethnikos Piraeus.
Solomon Grimes who join FC Kalamata at the start of the season
returned to the club at the start of the winter on a six month loan.
Reports from Greece say Ethnikos decision to hire the Liberian
defender on loan is to solve its defensive problem.
The club suffered a number of defensive problems during the first
half of the Greek Beta Enthiki.
The club technical staff requested the hiring of Solomon Grimes in
order to bring stability to its backline.
Star Radio gathered Ethnikos Piraeus is planning to offer the
Liberian an attractive 2 -year deal before the end of the six months
loan.
Elsewhere in Grrece, Liberian international Oliver Makor has made
his return from injury.
Makor who broke his ankle late October last year managed to play for
ten minutes during his club Ionikos league defeat on Saturday.
The Liberian forward is still one of the club’s top scorers this
season despite the injury.
