Gedi & Sons
Striker In South Africa For Tryout

Vantaa Sports Marketing and Management Corporation (Vantaa Sports),
under the tutelage of former LFA Secretary General, George Wah
Williams as President has announced the arrival in Cape Town, South
Africa of Liberia Football Association (LFA) Premiership, Gedi and
Sons “wonder boy” Teku Nahn.
Gedi & Sons FC Striker departed Liberia on Wednesday, October 7, 2009
for a three week try-out with South Africa’ first division side FC
Cape Town.
With very little know about him, Teku started his career with
Millennium Stars and was part of the team that travel to England on an
experiential football tour where he spent time at the Bobby Robson
Soccer School in England.
Teku hit the Liberian football scene with spectacular goals scoring in
just about every league game he played for his club. He and former
teammate, Weaka Wisseh now of Mighty Barrolle were top joint scorer in
the Liberian premiership with 16 goals each prior to his departure for
the world cup host country.
Premier team Gedi & Son striker, Teku Nahn, on the move
The one time Roots FC player is a promising and very unassuming will
go places only if he continues with the current form. Like Michael
Jackson, Teku’s demeanor off the field is amazingly in contrast with
the aggressive posture he exhibits on the pitch.
If the player qualifies for a contract, he will be the second Liberia
since Anthony Langford of Super Sports fame to play in that country.
The opportunity for Teku was made possible through Vantaa Sports.
Vantaa Sports call on all Sports lovers to keep Teku in prayers.
