Liberia’s Eric Weeks was in scoring form in the Indonesian Super
LIGA over the weekend.
The dazling midfield forward scored a superb 81 minute strike in his
club’s Persiwa Wamena impressive 1-0 win over PKT Bontang.
According to the club’s official website, Weeks was at his best and
created some exciting moments in the park.
The win takes Weeks’ team to the fourth position on the super Liga
table with 41 points from 23 games.
The club side of another Liberian player also grabbed an incredible
win in the Indonesian Super LIGA.
Zah Kranga formed part of his club Sriwijaya FC 2-1 win over Persik
Kediri. The win drives them to the second spot on the table
with 44 points and with a game in hand.
Persipura Jayapura leads the Super LIGA table with 52 points.
Elsewhere, Theo Weeks side Ankaraspor were stunned 3-1 by Hacettepe
SK in the Turkish Super League.
