Earth Angels Win Triple Championship

Earth Angels have won the female version of the LFA Knockout competition.


They did so with an emphatic win over Kortie IE at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium on
Sunday.

Amelia Washington put Earth Angels ahead after 26 minutes of play.

Kpanneh Sayon scored a brace for the female champions in the 40th and 59th minutes.

Sunday’s win has seen Earth Angels claimed the triple championship in the female division.

But Kortie IE coach Lawrence Hne blamed his defeat on poor officiating and lacked of coordination among his defenders.
