Dulee Looks To God!

Liberian international midfielder Dulee Johnson has maintained that he is happy being with Maccabi Tel Aviv in spite of the league challenges the club is going through.

“God has strengthened me throughout this time and where He puts me I must be happy with it. I’m happy to be here and will continue to give out my best. I know it has been tough but God keeps me going,” he said.

Johnson said the few remaining matches left for Maccabi to play in this season are very crucial to give his team a respectable position on the league table. The 24-year-old midfield stronghold said it is important to win the rest of the games to keep the fans’ hopes alive..

“I know the fans would be happy to see us win the rest of the games. That is my focus and I’ll love to see that happen to my team.. It has not been very smooth for us this season but that is not the end of life. We need to press on.”

Dulee emphasized that his contract with Maccabi will end in 2011 and that means he still has a lot more to offer the club. “Life is full of surprises. Greater things start with humble beginnings. Such is life and with God everything is possible. I hope to keep my tempo as it was in Sweden here in Israel in the coming years.”
