Liberia’s international forward Dioh Williams of Swedish outfit BK Hacken was very impressive during Liberia and Angola international friendly on August 10th in Monrovia. The international forward excellent ball control and self confidence profited Lone Star during the heated match. Although Lone Star had to change her game plan early due to the stretching out of George Gebro and Ben Teekloh, Dioh was seeing roaming the pitch for all the available balls.

The introduction of Francis Garlo added more strength to Lone Star defense; Garlo replaced Solomon Wisseh that shifted in left-back for George Gebro after he was unable to continue the game due to injury.

Coach Landi and deputy Kelvin Sebwe game plan has to be adjusted aging when Ben Teekloh was taken out of the game due the injured he suffered during a hard tackle. Lone Star midfielder was build around the passing ability of Isaac Pupo to received and distribute the ball on various wings. Most of the left wing balls were dealt with by Ansu Toure that made his name well known to many Liberians.

Many Liberians attending the game were pleased with the national team output, mainly the working rate of Nathaniel Sherman that was between the poles for Liberia, he did well and we want him to start in every game, the fans narrated. Francis Grandpa Doe effort to land in a goal never profited Lone Star, he was totally guided by the Angolan defenders, but he managed to get through them on few occasions.

Dulee Johnson came on from the bench and did his portion of the game, his one or two runs came close to goal, but it was stopped by the Angolan keeper.
