Häcken has probably unearthed another gem in forward Dioh Williams who has
signed a three year contract with the club.
The 18-year-old Liberian has been scoring tons of goals for Floda Boif in
divsion Three and will now join his countrymen Dulee Johnson and Jimmy Dixon
in Häcken.
CSA-client Williams has already played a game with Häcken's
reserves, against IFK Göteborg, and it took him one minute to score a goal.
- Of course it was a little quicker and a little tougher, but it wasn't
such a big difference. And it's nothing I'm afraid of.
He is looking forward to playing for BK Häcken.
- It feels great. I got a great impression of the club, Williams
said.
He came to Sweden from Lone Star in 1999 but returned home shortly after
getting here. This year he felt he was ready again. Especially after talking
to Johnson and Dixon.
- We are really close, we have all played together in Lone Star.
Now Dioh Williams will start his climb in Swedish football - and he has his
sights set high.
