The Lone Star 2010 Mobilization Committee has completed its report
detailing income and expenditures during the qualifiers.
The Committee played a strategic role in rallying much needed
corporate partnership to cover salary and the hosting of matches
during round one of the 2010 qualifiers.
Former LFA Boss Willard Russell who chaired the Committee indicated
that the report will be presented to the Ministry of Youth and
Sports next week.
Mr.Russel named the delay in the collection of payment from the
Television Rights for the Lone Star’s home clash with Algeria and
engagement of some committee members as factors for the delay in the
submission of the report.
There has been massive public outcry over the failure of the
committee to submit its report with some people even speculating
that something went wrong.
